The spirit has a unique story, here is mine.
I am a Colorado Native who is passionate about holistic health and wellness, having spent my time developing balanced menus for a retreat center while earning my degree in spiritual formation I learned that I enjoy spending my time and energy offering wellness for body and soul. I would like to work with others who share a passion for continual growth and personal development. If you have an opportunity I would love to learn how we can enrich Colorado’s culture together!
What I’ve been doing recently for employment:
LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE FOR VERVE APARTMENTS
(DENVER, CO)
Thoughtful direction of a luxury lifestyle apartment in the Union Station neighborhood. Front desk engagement with residents, while functioning as concierge, as well as lead leasing agent. Planning resident events that engaged a diverse community. Developing marketing materials and sales pipeline. Creating procedures and manuals for newly hired employees as lead trainer. Setting up and maintaining a client database for leasing agents and concierge.
BEFORE THAT…
RETREAT STAFF “SKY CORRAL” (BELLEVUE, CO)
Operating a warm and inviting environment for guests to enjoy their retreat by facilitating meals and scheduling week long experiences for each group. Leading hikes, fishing and trail rides for groups of twenty or more. Primarily filling a front of house position and providing property tours while aiding the main chef as needed. Peak season required extensive guest engagement by overseeing room requests and guest activities.
DURING WINTER MONTHS…
ALPACA RANCH (RENTON, WA)
Caring for over a hundred Alpaca while guiding interactive guest experiences and maintaining the property provided me with an excellent experience during my final semesters of graduate school. While volunteering for Mercy Driven a waste conscious, organic kitchen that served nutrient rich and low inflammation meals for the unhoused in Seattles city center.

INDEPENDENT WORK…
I enjoy volunteering as a spiritual formations coach in my local community, I’ve been developing my skills as a mindfulness practitioner and am thankful for incredible folks who have paved the way for a more present and aware generation.
WHAT I CAN DO WITH FOOD!
Check out my food reflections:
It’s not just what we eat, it’s about how and why! CLICK HERE
DURING COLLEGE AND THROUGHOUT MY GRADUATE STUDIES I WORKED AS A CATERER AND SERVER AS WELL AS PREP COOK FOR A SCHOOL IN THE HEART OF CHICAGO, THOSE SKILLS HAVE STAYED ALIVE THROUGH VOLUNTEERING WITH LOCAL KITCHENS FOR THE UNHOUSED IN THE CHICAGO AND THE SEATTLE AREA.
I WOULD LOVE TO KEEP THOSE SKILLS ALIVE EITHER FOR PAY OR IN A VOLUNTEER CAPACITY AS I FIND MEALS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF HOLISTIC LIVING AND ALWAYS ENJOY SERVING OR PREPARING FOOD WITH AN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY.
